These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TapRush mobile application ("the App"), published by Home Built Investments LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Home Built Investments LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
You agree not to:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
• Use bots, automation, or modified clients to manipulate scores, progression, or ad rewards.
• Attempt to bypass the in-app purchase or rewarded-ad systems.
• Use the App in any unlawful manner or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
The App displays advertisements via Google AdMob. By using the free version of the App, you consent to receiving these advertisements.

The App offers an optional one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase titled "Remove Ads" ($2.99 USD or local equivalent), processed by Google Play Billing.
• All purchases are final once the entitlement is delivered.
• The purchase removes interstitial advertisements but does NOT remove rewarded ads, which remain optional and user-initiated.
• The purchase is tied to your Google account and can be restored on any device signed in to the same account using the "Restore Purchases" button in Settings.
• Refund requests are handled exclusively by Google Play.
Scores, XP, levels, and unlocked themes are virtual items stored locally on your device. They have no monetary value and may be lost if the App is uninstalled or device data is cleared.
The App, including its code, graphics, sounds, and trademarks, is the property of Home Built Investments LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Home Built Investments LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Home Built Investments LLC is registered.

This Privacy Policy explains how Home Built Investments LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use the TapRush mobile application ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
TapRush does not require an account, email, password, or sign-up to play. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from any user.
The App may collect or store the following non-identifiable information:
1. Gameplay Data
Stored locally on your device only. Includes best score, total games played, XP, level, themes unlocked, sound/haptic preferences, and Remove Ads purchase status.
2. Advertising Identifiers (via Google AdMob)
We display ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:
- Advertising ID (resettable in Android settings)
- Device type, OS version, language, country
- General app usage and ad interaction data
This is used by Google to deliver more relevant ads. We do not see or store this data ourselves. Google AdMob's privacy practices: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
3. Purchase Records (via Google Play Billing)
If you make the optional in-app purchase ("Remove Ads", $2.99 USD), the transaction is processed by Google Play. We receive only a token confirming the purchase, never your payment details.
How We Use Information
- To run the game and save your local progress
- To serve relevant advertisements via AdMob
- To verify and restore in-app purchases via Google Play
- To improve gameplay balance based on aggregated, anonymous data
Data Sharing
We do NOT sell, rent, or share any user data with third parties. The only data leaving your device is what Google AdMob and Google Play Billing collect under their own privacy policies.
Children's Privacy
TapRush is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. AdMob is configured to request non-personalized ads only, which complies with Google's families policy guidelines.
Your Choices
- Opt out of personalized ads: Android Settings → Google → Ads → Reset / Delete advertising ID, or enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization".
- Remove all local game data: in the App, Settings → "Reset Progress".
- Uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data instantly.
Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect any data we handle. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new policy.
